I'll be at The Bristol Fibromyalgia Support Group meeting at Hanham Community Centre Hanham on Tuesday 7th September starting at 10am. On the following day the group is holding a Pamper Day and I've agreed to work one-to-one with members using the Where Are You Now Wheel exercise which helps to highlight starting points for positive change. It's not pampering in the physical sense, but will certainly be food for thought and hopefully will provide some spiritual uplift along the way. 

On September 15th I'm visiting North Kent Fibromyalgia Support Group at Dartford.  The meeting starts at 1.30 at The Church Hall Christchurch Road Dartford DA1 3DH which is near the Dartford Grammar Schools.
